First Hack4Kids experience organized at the C3
SECURITYMADEIN.LU organized a Hack4Kids Experience on Tuesday 30th January 2018 with 15 pupils from the T2IF2 (informatics technicians) from Lycée Technique d’Esch. At first, Matthieu Farcot, through a practical exercise and enriching interactions, raised awareness about the backdoor’s topic in the field of information security. Then, a discussion around the Internet of Things’ security problematic took place and a particular focus on the terms and conditions of a connected camera was done.
Students were also given the opportunity to test the room 42 on an exercise given by Jerome Jacob from SECURITYMADEIN.LU.
“Pupils from T2IF2 from Lycée Technique d’Esch and me would like to thank you for this excellent moment that we experienced during our visit at the Cybersecurity Competence Center (C3). We all got the opportunity to know many new information about the Information Security field and realized that there is still a lot more to know in this field.” Serge Linckels
